How long does delivery take?

We prepare your order in 2–3 business days and shipping takes 4–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 7–10 days worldwide.

How can I check product sizes?

Every product description lists its dimensions in grams, inches and centimeters.

Which products can be personalized?

Pieces in our personalized collection can be engraved on the back with up to 20 letters for free. We can also engrave flat silver necklaces on the back for an extra cost. All silver designs can be made in 10K, 14K or 18K gold — contact us for a quote.

Are the stones in the gemstone collection natural?

No. They are lab-created cubic zirconia stones, which are safe and very durable.

What is your exchange and refund process?

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to help with an exchange. Shipping costs apply; we recommend sending the item back with USPS. Your new piece goes into production as soon as we receive the parcel.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Our 925 sterling silver is very durable, but we do not recommend long showers, swimming or the gym. Plated pieces are more delicate and should be handled with care.

How do I find my ring size?

You can use the size chart in our product photos, but the most accurate way is to be measured at a local jewelry shop.
